What line of work are you in and how did you get inspired to be in this field?

 I work in the sphere of ‘training’ and talent acquisition. The inspiration was to test and achieve impact on a large scale on human behaviour and productivity using intelligent intervention.

What do you think young woman job seekers lack in today's professional world?

Women need to see themselves as a talent pool that has their own set of positives & negatives. While they needn’t be defensive regarding their myriad commitments at a certain stage in life they do need to compete with other talent pools especially if they seek highly competitive career paths.

They probably lack skills & expertise in areas where roles can give them a high degree of flexibility.

How does Triedge help add to a person's competitive edge?

What does it take to be a successful careerist or entrepreneur for a woman?

It takes - sheer perseverance and tenacity to hang on. Life’s chaos and myriad pressures seriously test us, tempting one to just throw it all away.

I think the trick is in being able to change gears and not attempt to operate at the maximum level at all times. Sometimes the best strategy maybe to only sail along, which also implies that we have to be smarter than the rest in terms of deriving exponential benefits when we get those windows of opportunity.
