She believes that if you have the zest to achieve something in life, NO ONE can stop you!

Many women are not aware that the lingerie they choose for themselves is not the right fit, or maybe they had difficulty finding the right lingerie. This is what inspired Jayshree to get a formal training in the field and focus on providing ‘the right fit’ to women!

Let’s hear what Jayshree has to say to us today!

What line of work are you in?

I am a Lingerie Consultant for D sizes and the aim is to provide the right fit Lingerie – something a lot of women do not know how to choose well. I was trained by Panache fit school, UK.

How did you get inspiration to enter this field of work?

Back In 2006, when I was looking for good fitting lingerie I was not happy with what was available in the market. Then I came across an international brand and I fell in love with it. Post my career in the Airline industry for 9 years I had developed a passion for Lingerie Fittings as I thought this would be a problem with many other women in India, especially finding the right fit. This is how it began.  I find myself growing with my brand - Cazaro.

What do you feel lack in today's career women?

Nowadays, career oriented women are extremely passionate about their work and to fulfill this passion you need to have a good support system whether it is Family, Friends, Finance, etc. So according to me if you have the zest to achieve something in life, no one can stop you from reaching your goals. I also believe there is a lack of patience that we keep coming across because we are in the “can’t wait” generation. We tend to give up on things which requires us to wait.

What are the greatest challenges a working woman in India faces?

Challenges with women in India is the fact that they play multiple roles, be it a Daughter, Wife, Mother, Employer Juggling between maintaining relations and Work. As I already mentioned the importance about a good support system and if you do not have this support, it becomes very difficult to manage daily deeds.

What was your first job like and how did it prepare you for the working world?

My first job was in a travel agency and from there on I always aimed to fly high in regards to actual flying and succeeding in my work as well.

What advice can you give young aspiring women out there?

My piece of advice would be to never give up. You will face many Ups and downs in your life, however never lose hope and work towards your passion, as passion is not only a differentiator; it is a difference maker.  Most things of lasting value take time and discipline to achieve. And lastly, always think positive, optimism can help you get through any hurdle that time throws at you, The choice is yours TO-BE or NOT-TO-BE!
