They sang, "You Made Me Love You" and "Happy Days Are Here Again", to join each other in light. They left a legacy of strength and class, for generations to emulate.

Born to stardom with super talented parents, Carrie Fisher made every woman proud with all that she achieved and her sense of humour! Her talent ruled with Princess Leila, conquering hearts for decades together. Surviving substance abuse to checking into a Psychiatric ward for mental health, Carrie emerged as an ambassador speaking openly about surviving it.

If talent, wit and beauty needs an example, Carrie lived it in flesh and bones!

Carrie is famously remembered for her avtaar as a Scriptdoctor

A woman who looked up to her Mom Debbie Fisher’s strength often said, "I could appreciate -- she's an immensely powerful woman. And I just admire my mother very much. She also annoys me sometimes when she's, you know, mad at the nurses," Fisher said, referring to a time years ago when Reynolds was ill. "But, you know, she's an extraordinary woman, extraordinary.

"There are very few women from her generation who worked like that, who just kept a career going all her life and raised children and had horrible relationships and lost all her money and got it back again. I mean, she's had an amazing life, and she's someone to admire."

Debbie’s journey to stardom started at the tender age of 16, when she was spotted at the beauty contest by co-star with Gene Kelly and Donald O'Connor in "Singin' in the Rain,". Her claim to fame remained with ‘Singin in the Rain’ and ‘The Unsinkably  Molly Brown’. A strong woman by her might had said "I have no regrets about my career. I'm just thrilled I've had it," she told CNN's Larry King in 1990. "You know, it stood by me. Marriages failed; my career always stayed. It gave me the fun of life, you know. It allowed me to travel and meet wonderful, funny people."

Her last words were, “I miss Carrie “ sharing the unbearable pain of outliving a blessed daughter ! They lived next door to support as a pillar of strength and a guardian angel to each other.
