Latest Blooper: ATM Gives Out Notes With Serial Numbers Missing

The snaking queues outside ATMs may have ended, but the goof-ups on currency notes continue. After shocking cases of the image of Mahatma Gandhi missing from notes (among other flubs), comes the latest blooper.

An SBI ATM in MP’s Damoh district started dispensing legal tender that didn’t have serial numbers. Chaos soon broke out, and bank staff had to step in to contain the situation.

Looks like India’s notes woes won’t end anytime soon!
