We often get confused in deciding about what to eat in the evening. We want to eat healthily but end up stuffing fast food which is available easily. Following are some healthy snacking options that anybody can make in no time. It’s quick, simple, and easy to make, fills up your stomach too.1. Aalu corn chaat: for this, all you need is boil potato, boiled American corn, chilies, and chaat masala. Chop the potato in small cubes, and green chilies add in the corn and the chat masala, squeeze in a bit of lime juice and mix well. Wallah your corn aalu chat is ready to eat.2. Paneer sandwich: Heat a pan, add oil, add veggies cut into small cubes of your choice, sauté it for a while. Now add Maggie magic masala and paneer cubes and salt mix well. Turn the flame off and add cheese to the veggie mix. Now take brown bread or multigrain bread apply butter and spread the mix on to the food. Grill the sandwich, serve with green chutney.3. Bhel puri: Bhel puri is any time snack, and there can never be one version of it. For bhel puri, you will need puffed rice, rice flakes, sev, chopped onions, tomatoes, chopped cucumber, a teaspoon of mustard oil, salt, chopped coriander, pomegranate seeds. Mix everything adds a generous amount of lime juice, and you are done.4. Oats chilla: take semolina to add oats to it add water to make a better. Add salt, chopped coriander, onions and chilies to the batter. Let it rest for a few minutes, then cook in on a pan as you cook pancakes.
