Training evaluation and its ROI are emerging world class practices in HR.
Training is used by organizations as a business tool to develop their human resources and build their capabilities. All stakeholders are either showing interest or demanding to know what is happening to the investment being made on training. In addition to this trend, following issues are also driving the current need to measure the results of training:
- To build the credibility of the training function
- To justify the training budget and compete for the scarce organizational resources
