My mother has been working for eight years now. I have seen her balance her professional and personal life beautifully. A few weeks ago, however, I felt that something was amiss.


My mom wasn’t being her usual self. It was very clear that eight years of rigorous work was making her very tired! That’s when the she realised that she needed to do something to bring her life in order. She started practicing meditation to recharge her jaded batteries. Since then, she’s been recommending meditation to her colleagues and friends to help them overcome the same problems.
 

Meditation is a modern day panacea!
 

Meditation has a gamut of benefits. It clears your head, evaporates your worries and fills you with unshakeable inner strength needed for facing the ups and downs of life. Apart from its mental benefits, practicing meditation also boosts your productivity and concentration level.
 

Meditating for even 5 minutes every day can bring a lot of happiness and positivity in one’s life. According to a recent study, meditation has the power to rewire your brain and help you gain control over your thoughts. This helps you get in touch with your inner self too.
 

Sometimes, you may be visiting the doc a lot, simply because your stress levels are adding on to other problems! Meditation can relieve you of pain, strengthen your immunity and keep you mentally fit. Why not replace your medicines with this wonderful mantra?

In such a bleak scenario, meditation helps you in solving day-to-day problems with a lot of ease. It teaches you the art of prioritizing which can make all the difference in your life.
