We had a lovely chance to meet Facebook, COO and author of Lean In, Sheryl Sandberg earlier this week and loved sharing a great conversation with her and a group of really smart women.

What really emerged and got strengthened was something as core of SHEROES - the fact that sisterhood of women and them supporting each other is the single largest factor in helping women advance their aspirations and find the goals that set out for themselves.

The resonance to the mission of helping women do well in whatever kind of career and life choice they make was simply divine! Above is the picture to share the energy and the vibe :)

Sairee Chahal

Sairee is the Founder of www.sheroes.in - a platform connecting women to corporates and offers career opportunities, resources, mentorship. A believer in work-life redesign, serial entrepreneur, mentor, an occasional writer and mother of an 8-year-old, Sairee is India’s foremost women at work evangelist. She earlier co-founded Fleximoms and also worked with CII, Heidrick and Struggles. In 2000 she set up Newslink Services, world’s first newspaper for mariners. A winner of the Devi Award 2014, and a L’oreal Award nominee, Cartier Alumni and TED speaker, Sairee has an M.Phil in International Relations from JNU
