  • The Indore District Court on Monday awarded life imprisonment to Student Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) mastermind Safdar Nagori and 11 other accused.
  • Nagori was arrested near his hometown in Ujjain in March 2008.
  • The members of the banned outfit have been accused of sedition, possessing illegal weapons, plotting terrorist attacks, etc.
