What is work life balance to you?
You lose balance, you lose power.
Life moves pretty fast. If we don’t stop and look around once in a while, there's a whole other world you could miss. Balance is not letting anybody love you less than you love yourself.

What does a day at work look for you?
Exciting. Determined to leave office with a tremendous sense of accomplishment.

What is the best about working with Paytm?
Awesome work. Awesome people. The Energy and atmosphere charged on passion. 

What has been easiest or most rewarding about the decisions you've made in balancing conflicting demands of work/life/marriage/motherhood? What's the greatest joy / benefit that you've experienced?
I have settled personal expectations in life early on. Now I can focus on my professional priorities. We balance it together to enjoy every moment. Each day is special and memorable. Life will not be fun if there is no high and low. Loving it!
