Meet the Doctors Who Kissed Settling Down Goodbye

Meet Dr Namrata Khosla & Dr Manisha Sachdeva. Their career story is a particular one, because it's personal to us. With the zeal to thrive and some support from us, they were able to give wings to their dreams.




 

Namrata is Neuro-Physiotherapist and Manisha is a Ortho-Physiotherapist and we deal with neurological, orthopaedic, sports and gynaecological conditions. They were working at a hospital previously but were unable to achieve work satisfaction. They both clearly wanted a lot more from life. Which led them to hunt for ideas to start their own setup. That was when they decided to to come to us for ideas.

They both visited the SHEROES office last year and had a brainstorming session as to how to go about starting their private clinical setup. They both were radiating such positive energy. Along with them we had a great experience on explored marketing strategies, ideas of how to set up and take this dream forward.

Both Manisha and Namrata started to fully work towards executing their plans and finally resigned from the hospital in October 2016.
 

To look for an office space was not easy for Namrata and Manisha. While they were on a clinic space lookout which suited , they worked from home. They took turns working from Manisha’s home. In about 2 months, they were able to find the right place.

While Manisha's family showed enough support, Namrata felt it lacking in some spheres. Her family was on a groom hunt, but Namrata seemed to be work things out. She met a guy who was fully supportive of her ambitions. So much that he would be ready to relocate for her.  Soon, they got engaged knot and he continues to be strong support for her. 


It was victory both personally and professionally for her as in less than 6 months, Namrata and Manisha successfully set up- ACTILIFE PHYSIOTHERAPY & HEALTHCARE CLINIC in Faridabad. A spacious basement office providing physiotherapy for all age groups, covering women health and orthopedics. They also hold awareness classes, camps, seminars, fitness classes and also have provisions of a referral system. 


What differs them from others is their treatment customization according to the needs and condition of a patient. With personalized care and attention, they aim to treat the root cause of the ailment. The spaciousness of the office adds to the quality services provided .

We know how tough it can be to have the courage to dream big, and to work for it with dedication. Namrata’s words got us all the feels. Here's to taking charge and making more dreams come true.
