Born in a family of magicians of seven generations, Sorcar started off with the stage name PC Sorcar. His son PC Sorcar Jr, and his grand daughter Maneka Sorcar, have been carrying forward his legacy.

On his 104th birth anniversary, Karan Singh Magic, a new-age modern magician pays his tribute to Sorcar – the king of magic.
