Wioleta’s Human Circle Urges Youngsters To Seek Their #DoWhatYouLove Moment

We got talking with the Human Circle co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, Wioleta Burdzy-Seth. Wioleta is on a mission to make this world a more happy and passionate place to live. Do you think that all this sweating out for your high-paying job is fancy but not fulfilling? Welcome to the world of millennials who have it all what it takes, but still end up losing focus and interest in life and their work. Read on to know how Wioleta has dedicated to address the loopholes in this space.

“What bothers me a lot is that people spend so much effort and money to get good marks and an education degree, they work hard to compete in a rat race for the highest paid jobs, spend most of their lives at work, and yet are not happy. Too many people nowadays feel lost, anxious and depressed. At times I feel something must have gone wrong with the education system. A system which “produces” 3 million unemployable young Indians every year.

Under the umbrella of Human Circle, we are trying to break outdated stereotypes about education, career paths and the so-called stable jobs. We want to encourage young people to choose their path independent of what ‘Sharma Uncle’ or the others are advising, to be confident in listening to their inner voice and follow their passion as a career. Happiness is new productivity. That’s is why we started driving the #DoWhatYouLove Movement.

We have taken various initiatives to spread #DoWhatYouLove Movement. Experiential events and personal growth programs like #DoWhatYouLove Hangouts, Enlightened Minds Program, Startup Weekend and the most popular – Young India Challenge. these events have been organized to connect young people with mentors and work opportunities. They help people, become more self aware and eventually to take better decisions for their career and life in general. We are like a bridge that connects people with different opportunities and ways of living.

My role is to help people to accelerate their personal transformation. Apart from my background in Psychology, I am a soft skills trainer and a life coach. Never before in my working career I felt that what I do can bring a big positive change. Before I was working for companies from petroleum and fashion sectors. Contributing to the overall air pollution or over consumption of clothes was making me feel miserable. Today, when I receive a message from someone who attended our program, saying “That was an eye opener, now I know who I want to become in life and why. Thank you for showing me a more fulfilling way of life” – that’s what makes me get out of bed every morning.

As a child I was always curious about life, different places, people and experiences. I wanted to try everything that occurred on my way. My parents thought I was not consistent, but I knew I was an explorer. I kept my options open after quitting my last job in Poland and moving out of my country. I learnt how to trust myself and my decisions. During the early days of my professional career, my biggest challenge was to discover my true passion and how I can make a difference to the world. I became selective with my social circle and started spending more time with people who accepted my identity and views about life.

I have stopped planning for the next 5-10 years. It did not work for me. I believe that everything will happen at the right time, without me pushing too much. Now I plan only the next year. I wish to do YIC for 1000 people. I feel we are ready to do it. After that I wish to continue with ‘Enlightened Minds Program’ and other workshops for smaller group and add soft skills and new perspectives to existing education system. I want my life coaching to be focused on individuals, making Human Circle a center where you can find professional help in career counseling.
