Last night my brother was adamant about getting up early in the morning and sweating it out with cardio, yoga and pranayam. Oh well, you know, the sun dawned upon us, the mobile alarm rang, he also hit the snooze. But, he did not leave his bed.
This happens everyday. He simply can’t resist the charms of morning sleep. It gets to him. Lazy, you ask? I would like to believe he really doesn’t enjoy working out. A guess though. Since he’s pretty active throughout day.

It goes beyond numbers and it is important for one to stay in this track. Working out hours in gym and then gobbling down unhealthy food is not advisable. I have seen some of my friends on this path and frankly it is telling on their health.
Just make sure to keep that body active, instead of slouching on a bean bag for hours with your laptop.
